Verbier is a sun-soaked resort in the south-west of Switzerland, famous for its traditional chalet-style buildings and stunning mountain views. Staying in the centre puts you close to the Medran lift, ski schools, shops, bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect spot if you want to be at the heart of the action, with a wide choice of three to five-star hotels and easy access to the slopes.

Verbier is the most famous resort in the Four Valleys, located in the south-west of Switzerland with France to the west and Italy to the south. The village’s traditional chalet-style buildings nestle into the hillside and its south-west orientation means the slopes and sun terraces are bathed in sunshine throughout the day. At the heart of Verbier is Place Centrale, surrounded by hotels, shops, bars and restaurants, and right by the Medran lift for easy access to the main ski area.

If you stay in Verbier centre, you’ll be in the heart of the action, close to ski schools, shopping and the town’s legendary nightlife, with a wide choice of three to five-star hotels and central convenience.

Les Creux-Savoleyres

Les Creux and Savoleyres sit up the hillside from Verbier centre, close to the pistes and just a short bus ride from the town’s bars and restaurants. These hamlets are ideal if you want ski-to-door accommodation and prefer quieter slopes away from the busiest lifts. It’s a great choice for families or anyone seeking a more relaxed base while still having easy access to Verbier’s amenities and nightlife when you fancy it.

Bruson

Bruson sits on the opposite side of the valley from Verbier and is something of a hidden gem in the 4 Valleys ski area. With its peaceful, unspoiled atmosphere, it’s ideal for families or anyone seeking a more authentic Alpine ski holiday. Staying here also gives you excellent access to fresh powder, perfect for mornings when the slopes in Verbier are already tracked out.

With only around 300 to 400 permanent residents, La Tzoumaz is quite a small town that comes to life in winter and summer.

With good lift access up to the mountain tops you've got no excuse not to explore on foot or with a bike during the summer, and in winter the Four Valleys to ski in.

La Tzoumaz is a small village with just a few hundred residents, coming to life in both winter and summer. Linked to Verbier and the wider 4 Valleys ski area via the Savoleyres lifts, it offers quick access to the pistes without the lift queues you find in Verbier. Accommodation ranges from small apartments to larger chalets, most just a short walk from the lifts, while a handful of bars and restaurants serve hearty Savoyard dishes and pizza.

Le Chable offers a quieter, more traditional alpine base while still giving easy access to Verbier’s slopes and nightlife. It’s a great choice if you want charm and convenience on a slightly smaller budget. With local shops, restaurants and authentic village character, it’s perfect for those looking to combine skiing with a relaxed mountain atmosphere.

Le Chable is a charming village at the bottom of the Val de Bagnes, with a cluster of shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walk. Historically a farming town, it still retains its alpine character and is famous for local cheeses. Well connected to Verbier by gondola, it provides easy access to the slopes and nightlife, making it a great choice if you’re looking for more affordable accommodation while still being close to the action.
