They firmly believe that you will progress much faster by practicing and learning from the sensations you experience, rather than standing around listening to an instructor explain what you should be doing. Combined with the use of some state of the art video analysis technology, you can actually see what you need to tweak or change in order to improve your technique.

Whilst only offering private lessons, you can have up to four people in any one group (for the same price) as long as you are all of a similar level.
