Verbier is a an off piste heaven. So many of the open faces here can be accessed straight off the lifts and much of the surrounding terrain is secured by the piste patrol but not groomed meaning there is a safe option for those venturing off the beaten track.
The pistes here are fast and often steep and will please those skiers and snowboarders who like a challenging, exhilarating run.
The beginners area is perfect for those learning to make their first turns but on the whole is this is a ski area that will suit more experienced skiers and snowboarders.
