Taking inspiration from its surrounding mountainous environment, La Table d'Adrien's chef, Sebastiano Lombardi, is a native of Puglia, Italy and offers around three menus of small portions of four, six or eight gourmet tastings.
Dishes include quails eggs, carbonara, langoustines, pigeon fillet and roasted turbot.
There is also the possibility of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options every evening on request.

Here you can expect fine dining with an Italian influence. All dishes are very ingredient-driven, with lake fish like fera, seasonal vegetables, game and mushrooms.
The restaurant sits within the luxury hotel Chalet d'Adrien, perched above the village with sweeping views of the Val de Bagnes mountains.
They offer an ample selection of creative dishes made with local produce as well as international delicacies. They also serve a selection of set tasting menus of four, six and eight courses, including one based in regional specialities, and another one based on Alba truffles.
The elegant but cosy alpine chalet interior has large windows overlooking Verbier and the Alps - one of the best in Verbier. It's not a ‘lively’ restaurant, rather leaning towards a quiet and intimate dining experience.
