Forcethon Verbier charity event
A run or walk in support of FORCE, researching childhood cancer
Join in or come and support this event which aids research into childhood cancer. Open to elite and amateur athletes, families and children, and walkers – walking and Nordic walking.
Run or walk (or come along to watch) the 1,000m vertical - 8km distance between Verbier Sports Centre and Savoleyres.
For 2025 as well as the classic course, there's a ‘fun race’ around the summit of Savoleyres which is 4km and an altitude difference of 200m
In addition to the entry fee, courses and walks may be sponsored to support research and training in paediatrics oncology through a donation by altitude difference metre or per kilometre travelled.
A "pasta party" will welcome all brave sportsmen at the Savoleyres restaurant. The return to the station will be provided by Téléverbier for those who wish. Accompanying persons who do not want to walk up or down can also use the lifts at preferential prices.
Categories are ladies, men, girls up to 16 years and boys up to 16 years.
