This weekend gives visitors the chance to sample many raclette cheeses from the Valais region, washed down with locally grown wines.
The festival is part of the Semaine du Gôut (Taste Week) and takes place in Le Châble. There will be a cow battle in the ‘Combat of Queens’ and don't miss the parade of cows on Sunday.
