Happy New Year from the Skinets team in Verbier

Bad weather continues in Verbier, but with new snow and good visibility on lower tree covered slopes, things are not all bad.

The very mixed weather looks set to continue over the weekend, but anyone who heads to the centre of Verbier tonight, for New Years Eve, certainly won't be worrying about that, as another world class night is already kicking off......and I am off to join it right now.Have an very happy New Year.

Upcoming Events

The resort is the home of the Xtreme Verbier, the final stop on the Freeride World Tour. This extreme skiing and snowboarding contest is held on the famous Bec des Rosses mountain in March. During the summer months, the resort is home to the Verbier Festival, a classical music festival of international acclaim, the Grand Raid Cristalp mountain biking competition and the Grand Concours Hippique horse show.
