The restaurant’s interior reflects its mountain surroundings, with flagstone flooring, wooden beams, and full-length shuttered windows. Contemporary touches such as cosy booths, an open-plan kitchen, and a large central bar ensure guests feel fully part of the dining experience.
On arrival, enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail at the central bar, or spend time there with friends sampling the bar menu.
Their ethos is centred on creating wonderful food, combining bright, fresh flavours with a contemporary take on traditional French cuisine. The team has a passion for local produce, with chef Fabrice Taulier sourcing ingredients wherever possible from local farmers in Switzerland and the Valais.
The restaurant accommodates up to one hundred and ten guests, while a private dining area caters for twenty-two. For a truly immersive experience, the spectacular chef’s table allows up to seven guests to witness the intensity and artistry of the kitchen firsthand.
