Mountain Air

Situated in the heart of the resort, Mountain Air have over 35 years of experience in Verbier alone. They are all passionate skiers and snowboarders, thus very knowledgeable about equipment, researching and testing the latest gear every season and expertly servicing all the skis, boards and boots they have for hire.

They offer the latest sports technology for rent, from beginner through to advance level through and touring gear. All the skis and boards are serviced right before each rental, and they even stock a range of backcountry safety equipment to keep you safe on the mountain, including avalanche transceivers, shovels, probes and ABS and Snowpulse airbags.

They also take their boot fitting very seriously. They carry a large selection of high-quality boots in a range of sizes, widths, shapes and flex to ensure that you get the most comfortable boot possible. All of them are fitted with 'SuperFeet' premium orthotic footbeds to support the arch and heel of your foot for vastly superior comfort and performance compared to typical rental boots.

You can even pre-book all your equipment online and have it delivered and fitted in the comfort and privacy of your accommodation. Take advantage of their ski and boot storage system and your boots will be dried for you overnight and ready for you the following morning.

Their facilities include not only ski hire services, but also a sports shop offering an extensive and unique selection of technical wear and accessories, as well as fashion & casual wear. They also offer servicing & repairs, custom boot-fitting service, overnight equipment storage facility fashion and are home to the ever-popular Le Bec restaurant & bar.

Mountain Air is open year-round, from 08:00 to 19:00 in winter and from 08:30 to 18:30 in the summer.
