Spark R&D is behind the new splitboarding binding craze, the Blaze - the lightest binding on the market. They aren't that easy to come by as they are only stocked by one shop in France. Luckily it's Zero G in Chamonix.
Here are a few details:
Straps: Stripped down straps for lightweight skinning, don't worry the excellent support is still there.
Buckles: New low profile ratchet system for lighter weight and less catching.
Baseplate Design: Low profile feels like a classic binding.
Highbacks: Wide range of lean for perfect customistation, now with added glass fibre.
Pin System: Custom brackets, aluminum pins and hardware.
