There’s plenty to do indoors in Verbier, whether you’re taking a break from skiing or waiting out the weather. You can head to the sports centre for a workout, have a go on the indoor climbing wall or unwind with a relaxing spa session. If you fancy a bit of retail therapy, there are plenty of shops to explore and the local cinema often shows films in English – just look out for VOST screenings.

There is a large bowling alley, arcade, laser games, indoor games and huge indoor kids' park about 30 minutes away in Martigny.

Verbier has an impressive bike park with north shore and downhill tracks, as well as a great many enduro and cross country trails for you to explore.
