Following their sell out London Premiere in November, the Holmlands team are thrilled to present this exclusive screening at the prestigious W Verbier on Monday 13th February 2017.
As the recent winner of the “Best Cinemography” award at the 17th annual Powder Awards, Ruin and Rose is described as blending “high tech and human spirit for a truly unique ski film.”
Filmed in 4K Ultra HD and brought to life by the talents of the world’s top skiers including Mark Abma, Markus Eder, Michelle Parker, Tanner Rainville and Cody Townsend amongst many others this movie is visually scintillating, whilst carrying an important environmental message.
Winter landscapes across the planet contrast seamlessly with a thoroughly-crafted story of environmental apocalypse, shot entirely within the incredible expanses of Africa’s otherworldly Skeleton Coast. Unlike anything seen before, the dreamlike setting of this film sparks the imagination of not only action sports enthusiasts, but anyone with a beating heart.
Holmlands have exclusive access to Studio 3 at the W, where guests will be invited to join pre-show drinks at the hotel in a private area from 7pm. There will also be a host of incredible prizes up for grabs, with raffle tickets available to buy on the night.
