The Verbier Valley is a haven during the summer months for mountaineers and climbers, hikers and mountain bikers, or those simply wishing to enjoy the more leisurely pursuit of admiring the beauty of the surrounding mountains. There are three main types of Verbier summer lift passes:
- Pedestrian pass - For single journeys, Verbier lifts or for access to all of the lifts in the 4 Valleys
- Mountain Bike pass - For access to the bike park and additional lifts for enduro trails
- Pass Verbier - A multi-activity pass for individuals or families which also gives you lift access

Deals and discounted ski passes in Verbier
Families of a minimum three paying persons, two of which must be a parent and a child, get a -10% off on Half-Day and one day passes. Includes grandparents, uncles, aunts and step-parent families.
Group reductions of -15% are available for parties of 15 people or more - ask at the lift offices in resort for a quote. This applies to all passes with the exception of the 'Pass Verbier' multi-activity pass.
If you have a 'Carte Club 4 Valleys' you can save an additional -20% on prices but you have to present at the ticket offices in resort.
Family ski passes in Verbier
Family passes are available at a 10% discount. You must have a family group of at least 3 people, which can now include aunts, uncles and grandparents.
Free ski passes in Verbier
Children under 8 and adults 78 years and over can use the lifts for free. Proof of age required.
Mountain bike lift passes in Verbier
Mountain bike passes give you access not only to the infamous Verbier Bike Park, but also the surrounding XC or enduro trails, and the epic Tour du Mont Fort. Passes start from half a day up to all season long. Buy them at the lift pass office on arrival in either Le Chable or the centre of Verbier.
Pedestrian passes in Verbier
A multitude of different passes are available to buy for pedestrians wishing to use the summer lifts. You might find it more cost efficient to just buy a day pass, depending on how much you want to actually use the lifts.
Annual and season passes in Verbier
Summer season passes are available for hikers and mountain bikers in Verbier, and the whole 4 Vallees area. Those buying the Verbier Multi-Pass can also buy a season pass.
Other passes in Verbier
'Pass Verbier' is a multi-activity pass which gives you access to a wide range of activities, lift access, museums and also discounts in selected restaurants. You can buy passes from 1 to 6 days and there are reductions available for families of more than 3 people.
