Half day guided downhill lessons for all abilities
Whether a beginner, advanced or expert rider, these lessons will help you push your abilities with a professional, experienced bike guide. These half-day lessons are sure to give you an insight into how to improve your riding.
Meeting at the Médran Café in Verbier, these three hour lessons are sure to help you improve your riding. From 12-years-old and up, these lessons are suitable for anyone, from a relatively complete beginner (they will not teach you how to ride a bike), to an expert rider trying to eek out that extra 10 percent performance.
For beginner lessons, it is recommended that you can ride a mountain bike (freeride or downhill) but have little or no experience riding on downhill tracks. Beyond that, you may want to look at advanced lessons, as someone who is a regular downhill mountain biker, is able to jump drops of more than 1m high, and can ride on almost any track.
For expert lessons, it is advised that you are a strong downhill mountain biker, confident riding all type of terrain including large drops of 2m+, and in any weather condition.
On your own, or in a private group of up to five friends, these half-day lessons run in the morning and afternoon and from July through October. Freeride or downhill bikes compulsory for the downhill lessons (minimum 180mm travel front and back).
