Before exploring the legendary terrain of the 4 Vallées, your instructor will guide you through a thorough safety briefing. You’ll learn avalanche protocols, practise transceiver checks, and understand how to plan a safe route so you can enjoy the backcountry with confidence.
On the mountain, you’ll tackle off-piste terrain suited to your level, with coaching focused on powder skiing, variable snow conditions, and steeper slopes. Real-time tips and drills help you improve technique, build control, and gain confidence on freeride terrain.
At the end of your session, you’ll review your progress and receive personalised advice for further off-piste development, all while taking in the breathtaking alpine scenery that makes Verbier a world-class freeride destination. Every session blends technical instruction, safety, and the thrill of backcountry skiing, helping you push your skills to the next level.
Their standard meeting point is the Médran lift station, but we can also meet at Ruinette, Les Esserts, Savoleyres, Les Attelas, Le Chable lift station or at our partnered ski rental shop and café, Mountain Air, whichever is most convenient for you.
