Right at the bottom of the La Chaux snowpark you will find the restaurant with its large terrace and great views of the mountains.

With over 30 years of combined cooking and pastry experience, Patrik and his team create original dishes inspired by flavours from around the world. The authentic wood-fired oven gives the pizzas a smoky, rich taste, while the freshly made pastas are always a highlight. Borsalino is perfect for a relaxed meal or an easy night in.

Wood fire pizzas and fresh pasta made by the restaurant's chef following traditional Italian techniques are included in their menu.

They offer a quality service and variety of seasonal cooking at reasonable prices, from homemade pasta and pizzas to delicious fish dishes, meats, a children's menu and a takeaway menu too.

Inside the restaurant, you will find a brasserie/bar, a dining room, garden and exterior terrace. They also provide a catering business for various different events, including family parties, weddings, etc.

Worth noting is that at lunchtime most restaurants will offer a well-priced 'Plat du Jour' (dish of the day), normally consisting of locally-sourced meat, potatoes and a salad or seasonal vegetables. Many of the restaurants in Verbier are child friendly, and even have children's menus. Evening meals are normally served from 19:00, and the restaurants are quieter at this time than later on.
