The Bisse des Ravines was built at the beginning of the 19th century. Its recent rehabilitation highlights the diverse techniques used to build these old irrigation channels. 

The return journey goes through La Arbellaire, and enables you to visit the the barns so typical of Bruson Village.

Directions

Start the walk at the Valbord parking and follow the signposts to Cambole. 

The path will lead you through the forest towards La Tuyayle.

From here follow the signs to La Darbellaire and then back down through the meadows towards the village of Bruson.

The resort is the home of the Xtreme Verbier, the final stop on the Freeride World Tour. This extreme skiing and snowboarding contest is held on the famous Bec des Rosses mountain in March. During the summer months, the resort is home to the Verbier Festival, a classical music festival of international acclaim, the Grand Raid Cristalp mountain biking competition and the Grand Concours Hippique horse show.
