With only around 300 to 400 permanent residents, La Tzoumaz is quite a small town that comes to life in winter and summer.
With good lift access up to the mountain tops you've got no excuse not to explore on foot or with a bike during the summer, and in winter the Four Valleys to ski in.
La Tzoumaz is a small village with just a few hundred residents, coming to life in both winter and summer. Linked to Verbier and the wider 4 Valleys ski area via the Savoleyres lifts, it offers quick access to the pistes without the lift queues you find in Verbier. Accommodation ranges from small apartments to larger chalets, most just a short walk from the lifts, while a handful of bars and restaurants serve hearty Savoyard dishes and pizza.

La Tzoumaz is part of the Quatre Vallées domain which covers around 400km of pistes. There is an 18-hole golf course over in Verbier, or a short drive away you'll find the European PGA tour standard golf course in Crans Montana. There is an indoor swimming pool in La Tzoumas which is open in summer and winter.
The Essert course has been built in Verbier at an altitude of 1600 meters.
