Charming chalet with 270-degree views of the mountains and ideally located in a tranquil highly sought-after area of Verbier, just a few minutes walk from the "Savoleyres" ski lift.

At just 300 meters (54 steps on Chemin de Bergeries) from the Savoleyres lift, or with the navette bus stop is right outside the house to link you to the Medran, this chalet has great ski access.

A spacious property of 210 sqm plus the balconies and garden, the chalet follows a traditional style with light pine wood, old stone and marble. The property has excellent orientation, enjoying the sunlight all day long. Over four floors, there is a private lift from the basement garage and utility area taking you to the main living area or bedroom floors.

On the first floor you'll find the bright lounge and dining area that comfortably seats 10. There is a TB with cable and WIFI internet access for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen is open plan, next to the dining area and has everything you may need. From all rooms you can access the balconies. On the top floor there is also a cosy snug area with TV - perfect for children to hang out.

On the lower ground floor which links to the garage (2 parking places), there is a laundry room, cloakroom area and a ski locker.
