The stunning No.5 complex, built on the site of the old Garbos hotel, is home to this exceptional penthouse apartment, which was completed in 2012 to the highest standards. Located on the third floor, the apartment offers breathtaking views, best enjoyed from the outdoor hot tub. Guests also have access to the shared spa facilities, including a Hammam, sauna, and gym, located on the lower ground floor.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an impressive open-plan living and dining area, perfect for entertaining. The space is overlooked by the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and the living area features a real fire and sliding doors that open onto an extensive balcony.
The master en-suite bedroom is a true highlight, with a roll-top bath, a fireplace, and spectacular views. The apartment also has two additional twin/double bedrooms and a children's bunkroom. One of these rooms is en-suite, while the other two share a shower room. The children’s room includes a mezzanine floor with a TV area, making it an ideal space for the little ones. Additionally, there is a guest toilet and private laundry facilities.
For added convenience, the apartment has access to a ski locker in the shared ski room, perfect for storing your equipment.
