The living and dining areas of this exquisite chalet have been thoughtfully decorated in warm tones, blending traditional alpine materials with sophisticated design to create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The vintage furnishings add character, while the open, airy space offers a perfect setting to relax and entertain after a day on the slopes. The living room is bathed in natural light thanks to French doors leading to the terrace, creating an inviting space for the whole family to enjoy. When dusk settles, sink into the sumptuous sofas in front of the roaring fire and savour a glass of champagne before dinner. The grand dining table comfortably seats 12, providing the ideal setting for memorable family dinners. With Sonos throughout the property, you can easily set the perfect mood for any occasion. The well-equipped, open-plan kitchen adjoins the dining area, making meal preparation a breeze.
Outside, the terrace features a large dining table seating ten, perfect for al fresco meals, while two sun loungers await those wanting to soak up the sun on a bluebird day. Around the corner, a fire pit surrounded by seating creates a cosy atmosphere, complete with a large barbecue and outdoor lighting — ideal for après-ski moments and sharing tales from the mountain. The chalet is cleverly designed with semi-levels, enhancing the sense of spaciousness. From the living area, a short climb leads to the first stylish twin/double bedroom, featuring a desk area, TV, generous storage space, and a bright bathroom with a separate shower.
A small flight of stairs leads to the master suite, which occupies its own mezzanine level above the living area. With a private balcony offering fantastic views for your morning coffee, a TV, a separate dressing room, and a large en suite with a bathtub, separate shower, and his 'n' hers sinks, this suite provides the perfect space to unwind. The bed can also be configured as a twin if desired. Heading down one level from the living area, you'll find a further double bedroom with an en suite shower room. A small staircase leads to the vast study, beautifully decorated in a traditional style with leather, wood, and dark hues. The round table here is perfect for atmospheric, candle-lit games nights with friends or enjoying a post-dinner digestif. A guest WC is also located on this floor.
Another level down is the entertainment and relaxation floor. To the left, a large cinema room with comfortable seating and a wall-to-wall screen, complemented by an overhead projector and surround sound, offers an incredible movie-watching experience. The fully-equipped bar ensures snacks and drinks are easily accessible. Around the corner, the serene spa area includes a hammam, sauna, shower room, and relaxation area, all with Sonos to set the perfect calming mood. Adjacent to the spa, a large indoor hot tub sits next to a wood burner, with a panoramic window showcasing sweeping views of the distant mountain peaks. This space also has a door leading to an outdoor area, creating the ultimate retreat for relaxation after a busy day on the slopes.
On this floor, you'll also find a separate apartment, which is part of the main house but can be closed off for added privacy. The apartment has its own entrance, a full kitchen, a living area with a TV, terrace access, one double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and one twin/double bedroom with an en suite bathroom — perfect for extended family or guests.
On the way to the spacious garage, you’ll pass the private laundry room and wine cave. The indoor garage, located on the bottom floor, has space for two cars and plenty of storage for skis, boots, and winter jackets. An elevator conveniently connects this level with both the entertainment and living floors.
