Alex Penthouse is a luxurious apartment set across two floors, right in the centre of Verbier, minutes from Place Centrale, making it a fabulous location for watching the New Year's fireworks. This home blends luxurious alpine living with traditional materials.
You enter into the main living space, with an opulent and elegant open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing meals, offering a sophisticated AGA range cooker. Cooking enthusiasts can sit and watch their chef prepare a meal from the breakfast stools at the stone island. The elegant dining table seats 12, with room for the whole family to share a meal. After dinner, recline in front of the fire in the large, plush sofas in this space, sharing tales of the day's events.
Leading out from this space is a spacious wrap-around balcony, with a table and chairs and sun loungers. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the sun after a busy day skiing. With views of Verbier town below or to the right, views of the Savoleyres ski area.
Returning to the main entryway, you’ll find the first two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a private balcony with views stretching towards the Savoleyres ski area. The bathroom is integrated into the room, featuring elegant double sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a toilet, all thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly into the living space.
Next to this primary bedroom is a second double bedroom. This cosy double room has beautiful furnishings and an en-suite shower room. Back into the main entrance, there is also a separate WC. Also on this floor, down a short corridor, are two further double bedrooms, both with access to a balcony shared between these two rooms and both with en-suite shower rooms.
Heading upstairs, there are a further two bedrooms. On the right at the top of the stairs is a beautiful, large double bedroom with access to a small balcony. This room has a separate bathroom next door, the only room with a bath in this property. This floor also has access via the elevator.
The main space on this floor includes a second living, kitchen and dining space. Boasting an open plan living room with cosy sofas surrounding a wood-burning fireplace, a dining table seating 6 and a kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher, oven and stove. To the right of this living space is the apartment's sixth double bedroom, a cosy alpine retreat with an ensuite shower room.
Leading out from the living area of this upstairs space is a small terrace, overlooking the main apartment in front, complete with a set of table and chairs, offering views of the surrounding Verbier landscape. This floor would be perfect for those wanting their own living space away from the main apartment, perhaps if there were two families in the group.
Taking the lift down, there is also access to a ground floor level, private to the apartment. From here, there is a door to the garage, benefiting from six car parking spaces, just for the Penthouse. This ground floor level is furnished similarly to the apartment with wood throughout and includes a ski and boot room area. This floor also boasts a cosy TV room with large plush sofas, a spa area with a sauna and hammam and a dedicated shower room for this space.
