3 bedroom apartment in Verbier. Sleeps 7
Wonderfully positioned just a 5-minute walk from the main Médran lift station, and equally as close to Place Centrale, yet peacefully set away from busy roads, this homely Verbier apartment is spacious and social in design.
Upon entering the apartment, you’re greeted by a hallway with warm wood paneling on the ceiling, evoking the charming feel of an alpine chalet.
To your right, the spacious master bedroom is filled with natural afternoon light, courtesy of French doors that open onto the patio. The large bed is framed by built-in wooden wardrobes, offering impressive storage space. The room also features an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower combo, his and hers sinks, and heated towel rails.
The second double bedroom, located to the left of the hallway, is equipped with a large bed, two built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room. Soft spotlights add to the room's cosy ambiance.
As you continue along the hallway, you enter the open-plan living and dining area, with an adjacent kitchen. To the left, a concealed laundry room and storage space add practicality to the space.
The living area is the heart of the home, featuring a Bose speaker, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and a stunning stone and aged wood fireplace that serves as the focal point, separating the living and dining areas. With glass on three sides, the fireplace can be enjoyed from every angle.
The large three-seater L-shaped sofa and separate two-seater sofa provide plenty of seating, facing into the communal space. French doors open onto the private patio, flooding the room with winter sunlight. The dining area, which comfortably seats six, also benefits from doors on the opposite side of the fireplace.
The well-equipped kitchen offers ample storage space, including a wine fridge, and is separated from the dining area by a half-wall, making it perfect for entertaining.
Off the living area, the third double bedroom is fitted with a single bunk bed, sleeping either two adults or three children. It also features a built-in triple wardrobe and an en-suite bath/shower room, ideal for guests.
The private patio offers plenty of outdoor seating and a shared lawn with one neighbouring property. Residents also have access to a shared ski room, with a spacious private locker dedicated to the property. There is also one indoor parking space available for use.
