This luxury ski in and ski out chalet was completed in 2013 and sits majestically on the banks of a shimmering pond in the highly exclusive Hameau development. It is a chalet with the WOW factor and you will be astounded from the moment you step inside by the attention to detail of the interior.

Blending contemporary furnishings and art with timeless traditional features, Chalet Makini offers an enchanting alpine experience. Glittering chandeliers, sumptuous fabrics, and antique pieces are harmoniously combined with natural stone accents, polished oak flooring, and old wood beams to create an atmosphere of refined luxury. The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming home that invites relaxation and indulgence.

The property boasts several spectacular living spaces, each designed with the discerning skier in mind. The dining room, with its double-height ceiling, is dominated by a magnificent chandelier made of cascading glass petals. A grand stone fireplace crackles beside a baronial dining table, where twelve guests can dine in comfort, enjoying a fine dining experience prepared by your private chef. The chalet features an impressive wine list, including rare vintages from both the New and Old World. Notable bottles available to Haute Montagne guests include Chateau Latour 1985 and several vintages of Chateau Margaux Grand Vin 1er Cru, including a rare bottle from 1934.

There are two stunning living areas within the chalet. The main living room is centered around a grand stone fireplace dating back to the 18th century, offering a warm and inviting space to unwind. Expansive balconies and terraces surround the chalet, allowing guests to take in breathtaking views of the majestic mountains while enjoying a glass of champagne.

After a thrilling day on the slopes, retreat to one of Verbier’s largest private spas, exclusively for Chalet Makini guests. The spa features an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, indoor hot tub, a well-equipped gym, and an extensive relaxation area. Whether you choose to indulge in a private massage, enjoy your favourite drink by the pool, or savour healthy après-ski treats prepared by your chef, the spa offers a tranquil space for ultimate relaxation. A short walk from the main chalet, it offers an unparalleled setting to unwind.

In the morning, simply click into your skis and glide down a meandering trail through the Hameau village, which leads directly to the Le Rouge teleski for easy access to the main ski area. At the end of the day, ski back to the chalet from the Les Esserts beginners area or from Savoleyres, snow permitting.

Chalet Makini is fully wired for sound and vision, with an entertainment system throughout the property. Most bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, ensuring guests can enjoy entertainment at their leisure.

To complete the experience, the chalet includes a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle (Volkswagen Caravelle or similar), available from 08:30 until 02:00, so you can easily explore Verbier or be whisked away to your next adventure.
